This notice describes the limited information handling of Telvix as published at telvix.autos.
What this site is
Telvix is a static informational website. It does not create user accounts, offer mobile service, operate a subscriber portal, process orders, issue eSIMs or request mobile credentials. The pages are delivered as ordinary web pages with externally hosted typefaces, Tailwind’s content delivery script and credited external photographs. Those third parties may receive standard technical request information when your browser loads their resources, such as an IP address, browser information and the page request, under their own policies.
Information you choose to send
The visible contact form on this site is non-submitting. Its JavaScript only displays an on-page notice and does not transmit, save or email what you type. The optional newsletter example on the home page is also non-submitting and does not collect a subscription. If you choose to email [email protected], your email provider and the recipient’s email system will process the information you include in that message. Use email only for corrections, editorial feedback, content questions and general site inquiries. Do not send passwords, installation credentials, account numbers or other sensitive details.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Telvix does not set its own analytics, advertising, profiling or account cookies. We do not operate a behavioural advertising program, a newsletter database or a contact-management system through this static website. External resources loaded by your browser, including Google Fonts, Tailwind CDN and photograph hosts, may have their own technical practices. Please read those providers’ policies if you want to understand their processing.
External links and embedded resources
Some pages contain links to official documentation, photograph source pages or other external resources. Following a link takes you to another site with its own privacy practices. Direct photograph URLs and font or script resources are loaded from external hosts so that this site can function without a local asset folder. We do not control those hosts or their policies.
Data retention
Because Telvix does not accept form submissions or create accounts, it does not retain form entries or account profiles through this website. If you send an email, it is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to read, respond to, maintain an editorial correspondence record, or meet applicable legal obligations. You can ask about an email you sent by writing from the same address to [email protected].
Security
No website or email channel can promise absolute security. Telvix uses HTTPS where available for the site address, but email is not a suitable place for sensitive mobile-account or device information. Use the official channel of the relevant manufacturer, carrier or provider for account-specific assistance and avoid sending private credentials to Telvix.
Children
Telvix is general educational content and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly use a registration flow or collect personal information from visitors through this site.
